Phillip Lechter is currently the Chief Communications Officer for The Rich Dad Company. He graduated from Arizona State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In 1997 Phillip sat down with his mother’s business partner, Robert Kiyosaki. Robert offered Phillip the challenge of learning to manage time, money and people; to take a job upon graduation where he would learn the skills he needed to manage instead of the job that would pay the highest salary. With these skills he would be well on his way to becoming a successful entrepreneur. In the Fall of 2000, Phillip came on board for the Rich Dad Company. Over the years his responsibilities have grown; now, as Chief Communications Officer, Phillip oversees PR, direct marketing, customer acquisition, messaging, branding and Rich Dad’s coaching and seminar divisions.
